Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery within India.

Shipping Costs

• Orders above ₹2,999: FREE SHIPPING
• Orders below ₹2,999: ₹99 flat rate

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order from your account dashboard.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and select the order
2. Click "Initiate Return" and select the items you wish to return
3. Choose your reason for return
4. Print the prepaid return label we email you
5. Pack your items securely and attach the label
6. Drop off at any courier pickup point

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Intimate wear and accessories for hygiene reasons
